Congratulations to the 2026–2027 Pine Bluff Junior High Cheer & Pom Squads!

FCCLA had an amazing time visiting the Mid-America Science Museum in Hot Springs! Students explored hands-on exhibits, learned about science and technology, and enjoyed interactive activities throughout the museum.
One of the highlights was experiencing the Tesla coil demonstration, where students got to see powerful electrical currents in action.
Another favorite was the exciting 14-foot trampoline experience that challenged students to test gravity and motion in a fun way! It was a great opportunity for learning, teamwork, and making memories.
A special thank you to Mrs. Bethel Byrd, PBJHS FCCLA Advisor, for making this incredible learning experience possible for our students!

On behalf of the Pine Bluff High School art students, I would like to cordially invite you to the opening reception of “This Is Us.” The event will take place at the Arts & Science Center (701 S. Main St.) on Thursday, March 19 from 5–7 p.m.
“This Is Us” is a collection of portraits created by the young artists of Pine Bluff High School that explore identity, connection, and influence. Through images of themselves, loved ones, and individuals they admire, students express who they are and who has shaped them. 📚✨ Our district's Librarian PLC recently had the pleasure of attending—and hosting—this quarter’s JobAlike library meeting at the SEARK Coop. Collaboration and creativity were on full display! Led by 34th Elementary librarian Wendy Camarillo, the team engaged in hands-on activities focused on creating and sharing practical programming tools that can be easily implemented back on our campuses. Special thanks to Elizabeth Wall(Southwood Elem.), Connie Jackson (Pine Bluff Jr. High), and Larissa Davis (Pine Bluff Sr. High) for helping facilitate a successful and energizing session—Pine Bluff School District librarians are connected, innovative, and always leading the way for literacy and learning.
