📚 Broadmoor Elementary Parent–Teacher Conference Day | Tuesday, February 10
Dear Broadmoor Families,
We’re excited to partner with you for Parent–Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, February 10. This is a valuable time for us to come together, review your scholar’s progress, and strengthen the home–school connection that drives achievement.
🕐 Early Dismissal Times
• Elementary: 1:00 PM
🗓 Conference Hours
• 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Your presence matters. These conversations help us align on goals, celebrate growth, and plan next steps to ensure every Broadmoor Bear continues to thrive.
🚨 A Friendly but Important Reminder About Early Checkouts
We kindly ask families to avoid early checkouts unless it is an emergency.
Frequent early dismissals:
• Cause scholars to miss critical Tier I instruction, small groups, and intervention time
• Disrupt classroom routines and learning momentum
• Impact attendance records, which are directly connected to academic performance
• Make it difficult for scholars to keep pace with daily learning targets
Even 30 minutes early can mean missing a full lesson, guided practice, or progress monitoring time that supports your child’s growth.
Our goal is to maximize every instructional minute for your scholar.
We look forward to seeing you on February 10 and continuing our work together to make Broadmoor a place where excellence happens every day.
With gratitude,
Principal Scott & The Broadmoor Team 🐻✨
