We have 1,211 ebooks available to our students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Southwood's ebook collection.
Our students also have access to Epic!, an ebook provider with over 20,000 ebooks available Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. The classroom code for Epic! is wiv5913. Students may use the .Anyone account on the "Select Your Profile" page. Some of our classroom teachers have set up their own Epic! account, so if your child knows their code, they may log in with that code instead. Either way, they'll have access to the same 20,000+ ebooks.
Both websites include ebooks at various reading levels so your child can find reading materials that are a "just right fit" for them. There are even ebooks that will read aloud to them if they enjoy listening to stories or have reading challenges.
