The staff of the Human Capital Department is committed to working with employees in all matters related to employment in the district. In addition, the Human Capital Department serves as the primary contact for all individuals considering employment with the Pine Bluff Schools. The Human Capital Department is responsible for directing the employment process in accordance with all current laws, interpreting Human Resources policies and assisting the Board of Education, Administration and employees in all Human Resources related matters.
